DATA PRIVACY POLICY

This data privacy statement explains how and what personal data I collect from you for the purposes of using professional photography services. Personal data means all data that can relate to you personally, such as your name, address, e-mail account(s).

Eugenia Husti, with business address Strassergasse 4, Top 1B, 2230 Gänserndorf, in her capacity of a licensed photographer, will collect for the purposes of her work as a photographer the following personal data:

– Name
– Date of birth
– Address
– Contact details (telephone number, e-mail, etc.)
– Bank account/ bank connection

This data was provided by your choice, as a client of my professional photography services and it will be administrated on the ground of your acquiescence for the following purposes:

– Individual contract completion
– Accounting and invoicing
– Tax purposes
– Communication between the photographer and the client

The data processed is either deleted, or their processing is limited in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 of the GDPR. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in this data privacy statement, the data stored by us is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose, but no longer than 36 months from the completion of the individual contract. This is only prevented when there is a legal obligation to retain the data. Limitations are imposed on processing of the data which has not been deleted because it is required for other legally allowed purposes. In other words, such data is blocked and not accessible for processing for any other purpose. This rule applies for example to the data which has to be retained for reasons associated with commercial or tax law.



You have the following rights in respect to the collection, processing, usage and storing of your personal data: at any time and at no cost you can request information about the collection, processing, usage and storing of your personal data. In case of an inquiry submitted in another form other than in writing, your identity must be confirmed.

You also have the right to adjust or to delete or to limit the processing of your data to an extent legally allowed. Moreover, you have the right to object against processing of your data to an extent permitted by law.

If you think there has been a violation of the data protection policy, you can file a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Office (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Wien). Your data will be saved for a period of 36 (thirty six) months. For the processing of your data, I use an internal processor.
